  Nice backyard furniture, BBQs, hot tubs and fire pits. It is over-priced, however, and they have a very small inventory of fire pits.

  Customer service was terrible. I'm from the UK and my accent is pretty thick. The manager Allan was showing me a hot tub and he was talking in a Scottish accent and I could tell it was fake, then later I hear him talking to a coworker and he has no accent. It was awkward and tacky. Then when I asked another manager a question about the holding policy for the hot tub, a middle aged woman with long dark hair who I didn't get the name of, she looked me dead in the eye and said "I don't know, that's not my job". I can't believe this place.
