  If you want to know how this place is, come over and take a look with your own eyes and you will see this place is nicely taken care of, there is a nice staff, and pretty much is in a great location. In my own experience I am content on living here for close to two years already, and I am a very picky person and have absolutely no complaints at all. I have not encounter any pest issues, every work order has been taken care. Office staff are very friendly and respectful, there is only one thing that does happens here... Is that they do once or twice in a year a friendly BBQ for tenants or a pancake breakfast on winter and raffle cool stuff and you might have fun at those. I am happy here and will continue to be here until we are ready to buy our own home, this is our place. Kudos to management!
